Maxwell Colborne Parr - 3134625

              Maxwell Colborne Parr was born in Brigden, Ontario on 27 April 1893 to Susan Parr (possibly related to Floyd Wesley Parr, also from Melbourne, Ontario).  While attending school in Melbourne, Ontario, he was conscripted into the Canadian Expeditionary Force on 28 October 1918.  He began his service with the 1st Depot Battalion, West Ontario Regiment as a Private.

              Being found medically unfit for service, he was discharged from the Canadian Expeditionary Force on 6 December 1918, likely returning to Melbourne.

              Maxwell Colborne Parr passed away in 1966 and is buried in Greenwood Cemetery in Burlington, Ontario.
